Unbelievable Off-Topic Case

Please excuse this “deviation” from the topic of this blog, but this case is so amazing that I wanted to share it with you.

Here is what happened:

• Husband is having affair with Girlfriend.
• Wife lacks knowledge of this affair.
• Husband files for divorce.
• Divorce is proceeding amicably.
• Husband sends Girlfriend flowers, a stuffed animal, and a love-card.
• Florist agrees not to send a confirmation to Husband’s home.
• Later, Florist sends coupon and thank-you card to Husband’s home.
• Wife calls Florist and asks for copy of receipt.
• Florist faxes receipt.
• Wife now has evidence of the affair.
• Husband is now suing Florist for $1 million claiming that Husband will have to pay more in the divorce because Wife now knows he broke his marriage vows.
