The American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law, Young Lawyers Division, and the ABA Center for Continuing Legal Education are sponsoring a teleconference and live audio webcast on September 16, 2008 entitled Critical Issues in Estate Administration: Part One of the Essential Issues in Trust and Estate Law 2008 Teleconference Series.

Here is a description of this program:

This comprehensive session will provide an overview of critical issues in estate administration, including marshaling the assets of the estate, preparing the inventory, counseling the personal representative, valuing the assets of the estate, and defending the estate from claims.  This session will also address the challenging issues presented by a decedent’s interests in an operating business, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies.
