The Estate of Vernon Kunshick

An extensive website entitled Estate of Denial has been created by individuals who feel the legal system has not done a good job of protecting the intent of Vernon Kunshick.

According to the site:

Vernon Kunshick died May 7, 2006.  At nearly 80 years of age, he did not know how corruption and dishonesty associated with the dark side of estate management often uses wills, trusts and guardianships to circumvent the wishes of an individual and to set up an “involuntary redistribution” of the person’s assets.  * * *

When Vernon Kunshick died in May 2006, he believed his affairs were in order such that the distribution of his assets would be prompt, efficient and with minimal legal expense. That has not happened. The information presented on this site although obviously one-sided, makes for some interesting “soap opera” like reading.
