Happy First Monday of October

Today is the first day of the new session of the United States Supreme Court.

Topics for today’s arguments include:

• Tobacco advertising (“light” as deceptive)
• Unions
• Arbitration

I have not reviewed the Court’s entire docket but I have not yet seen a case which has a direct impact on estate planning.  If you have discovered otherwise, please let me know.
