Estate of Dee Dee Ramone in Court over Book

A lawsuit in a Manhattan court has delayed the publication of a book by Dee Dee Ramone’s first wife that she wrote about the late-rocker.  The executor of Ramone’s estate alleges that the book violates an agreement that was supposed to allow the executor to review and change anything written about Ramone.
