Hearst Update

Last week a superior court judge ruled that the hearings and trial documents in the conservatorship trial of Phoebe Hearst will be open to the public.  Information regarding bank accounts, her residence, and her psychiatric state will not be made public.  This was the third denial for a closed trial.
