Jackson Estate Lawyers Request Court Clarification

Later this month, the probate judge handling Michael Jackson’s estate will hear a request from John Branca and John McClain to restate their powers, clarifying that they have the power to make daily decisions without court approval for the benefit of Katherine Jackson’s lawyers.
