Slain Couple Leaves Behind Twelve Special Needs Children & No Valid Will

The murders of Byrd and Melanie Billings, a wealthy Florida couple, has left everyone wondering who will take care of their 12 adopted, special needs children.   Byrd did not execute a will, and a Florida court recently determined that Melanie’s will is invalid because it was not signed in front of two witnesses.
