Dr. Declares that Dennis Hopper’s Wife Is Shortening His Life Expectancy

I recently reported that Actor Dennis Hopper has been diagnosed with cancer and has filed for divorce.  Hopper’s wife is contesting his capacity to make such decisions, which may be connected to a prenuptial agreement that reduces her inheritance from his estate should the couple divorce.  

A doctor involved in the case declared that the less time Hopper spends around his wife, the more likely it becomes that Hopper’s life will be extended.  If Hopper should pass before the divorce is finalized, perhaps his estate should rely on this doctor to help them characterize hopper’s wife as qualifying for treatment under a slayer statute.
