Families Sue for Receiving Incorrect or Incomplete Cremains
An Albuquerque man is suing a local company for falsely representing that he had been given his wife’s cremated remains after her organs were donated for science. The wife’s body, however, was later found on the company’s property.
Another person is also suing the company for representing that ashes were the cremains of a loved one when at least some body parts were not cremated.
