Notre Dame is sponsoring the Thirty-Sixth Annual Notre Dame Tax & Estate Planning Institute on October 28-29, 2010. The program description is below:

This year’s Institute will help estate planning professionals deal with the current uncertainty in this field of law, addressing wealth-shifting techniques and recent estate planning developments. In addition, because estate planning professionals have an expanding opportunity to recommend income tax planning for their clients, a number of topics will cover income tax planning opportunities that can be used to address additional client matters and generate new business.
