Do it yourself estate planning comes in many forms – LegalZoom advertises its Internet services frequently, Quicken sells will drafting software, sample forms are available many places on the Internet. These services appeal to many consumers who are concerned about the price and may not understand the benefits of using an estate planning attorney to draft their estate planning document or the costs to their heirs of an improperly drafted estate plan.
