Alejandra Jackson and her five children have been living at the Jackson family home in Encino, which was owned by Michael Jackson and now his estate. Katherine and her lawyers asked Alejandra to leave several months ago, and Alejandra lawyered up. The estate offered to give her a condo if she signed a confidentiality agreement in return. Alejandra refused to sign the agreement and is now in active negotiations for writing a tell-all book. The estate recently filed legal papers trying to evict Alejandra and her children.
