Tony Curtis Left His Children Out of His Will

Tony Curtis made more than 140 films over 60 years including Spartacus with Kirk Douglas and Some Like it Hot with Marilyn Monroe. He died last September at age 85, leaving behind five children from three different wives. His will acknowledged the existence of his children, but intentionally did not provide for them. One of his children (not Jamie Lee Curtis) tried to contest the will but failed.

Tony’s fifth wife, Jill Vandenburg Curtis, was named representative of his estate and stated “Tony’s last will and testament and his passing wishes are private family matters.”
