Judge Grants Title Deeds to Howard Stern

Anna Nicole Smith bought a house in April 2005 under the name of Vickie Lynn Marshall. She then transferred the house to a company she owned for privacy reasons. Since Smith’s death, the estate, with Howard Stern as executor, has made all utility, mortgage, and hazard insurance payments while Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn Smith lived in it.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted the title deeds to the house to Stern in response to Stern’s petition. Dannielynn, now four years old, is the only beneficiary of Smith’s estate, but it is unknown whether she will continue to live in the house with her father.
