Michael Jackson’s Estate Threatens to Sue Crank Caller

In 2007, a prankster named Ralphige crank called Michael Jackson. During the call, Ralphige pretended he was Akon and teased Jackson. Jackson later claimed that he was not the one talking to Ralphige during the call.

Recently, however, Jackson’s estate threatened to sue Ralphige over the sale of recordings of the crank call. Ralphige stated that the estate’s threat verifies that Jackson himself was crank called. The prankster also claims that Jackson gave him permission to release the call.
