New Allegations Against Britney Spears

Britney spearsThe attorney for Britney Spears’ Co-Conservators has filed a motion to strike allegations made by a former employee of the pop star. Fernando Flores, a former cop and employee of Spears, claims he is a victim of sexual advances made by Spears. Flores is seeking at least $10 million in damages for “repeated, unwanted sexual advances and harassment.” Flores also alleges that Spears acted obnoxiously and would often take illegal prescription and non-prescription drugs during the time he worked for her.

The Spears family has called Flores’ suit “just another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.” The strike alleges that Flores embellished his claims of Spears’ conduct and claims that the fomer employee is only trying to insult Spears in an effort to prejudice the singer in the eyes of the Court and the public.
