Ohio Gunman Kills Seven After Estate Dispute
Michael Hance, 51, shot and killed seven people in Ohio, allegedly because of an estate dispute. According to Hance’s girlfriend, Becky Dieter, Hance and a couple who had been close family friends with Dieter’s family were disputing over Dieter’s late parent’s will.
Hance shot and killed the couple, the couple’s forty-four year old son, the couple’s sixteen year old granddaughter, Dieter’s brother, Dieter’s eleven year old nephew, and an unidentified female as a result of the dispute. The killings took place in and around three separate homes, and police shot and killed Hance outside the home where he shot his last victim.
