Natalie Holloway’s Father Files Papers Asking for a Presumption of Death
In June, Dave Holloway, Natalee Holloway’s father, filed court papers asking for a “presumption of death for persons missing for more than five years.” Natalee’s body has never been found, but her mother, Beth, has stated she does not want Natlaee declared legally dead. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for September 23.
