CLE on Elvis Presley

Legal Aid of East Tennessee is sponsoring a 180-minute CLE entitled Elvis Law. The State and Federal Cases Dealing With the Late King of Rock’n’Roll. The email announcement for the CLE displayed a 1970 photo of Elvis and then-President Richard Nixon. Presentation topics  will include media access to Elvis’ autopsy records; disputes over concert tickets sold prior to Elvis’ death; and ownership of Elvis’ name, likeness, and image.
