Tony Curtis’ Children Get Nothing from Father’s Estate

Tony curtisTony Curtis updated his will months before his death and intentionally disinherited his five children. The updated will left Curtis’ estate to his widow (and fifth wife), Jill Vandenberg Curtis, and gave no explanation for why he intentionally disinherited his children.

The late actor’s estate auctioned off his personal property during an online auction last month. In all, close to 500 of Curtis’ personal items were auctioned off, with all proceeds going to his widow and the couple’s charity. Curtis’ five children received nothing from the auction and were not given any items of personal property.<P>

One of Curtis’ children has now filed suit in a Las Vegas court, alleging Curtis changed his will because of duress, menace, fraud, or undue influence.
