CLEThe Texas Bar CLE will host the 13th Annual Building Blocks of Wills, Estates and Probate Course, a live 6.75-hour webcast or telephone seminar, on January 13, 2012. A description of the seminar is below:

This basic course is a perfect introduction for those just starting out, as well as a great refresher for more experienced attorneys. This year’s in-depth panel discussions will include:

  • Basic Estate Planning
  • Elder Law Planning and Issue Spotting
  • New this year: Starting an Estate and Trusts Law Office
  • Probate Procedures and Alternatives
  • Administration Issues

In addition to our usual live webcast format we will also offer this event in audio-only mode as a phone seminar. Take advantage of the opportunity to submit questions to our panel via the web!
