Will wrongful death and/or survival suits follow Conrad Murray’s conviction?

Now that Michael Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray, has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter, it will be interesting to see if the estate brings a survival action or the surviving family members bring a wrongful death action against him.
