18th Annual Advanced Estate Planning Strategies Course
The Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas will co-sponsor the 18th Annual Advanced Estate Planning Strategies Course in Santa Fe, NM on April 12-13, 2012. The course provides 13 hours of MCLE credit (including 2 hrs ethics) which applies to the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning and Probate and Tax Law. A description of the course is below:
A highly interactive conference among panelists and attendees, Advanced Estate Planning Strategies, will address four high level estate planning topics you grapple with in your daily practice. Panel discussions include:
- His, Her or Their Property: A Discussion of Marital Property Issues Affecting the Estate Planning Practice
- Use It Before You Lose It: Efficient and Effective Use of All or Part of the $5 Million Dollar Gift Tax Exemption
- Now You See It, Now You Don’t: Integrating Non-Probate and Contractually Bound Assets
- Planning with Business Assets
