CLE on Advance Directives

The ABA is offering a live webinar and teleconference on advance directives. The program will address the evolving area of advance care planning, suggest effective ways to counsel clients, and point out helpful drafting advice. The webinar and teleconference is entitled, “Effective Advance Care Planning: Are Your Advance Directives Worth The Paper They Are Written On?” and it will be held on January 31, 2012 from 1:00-2:30 pm ET.
