Beverly Hilton Refuses Refund to Guests

Whitney Houston died on the fourth floor of the Beverly Hilton Hotel, and several guests who were staying there during the investigation of her death are demanding a refund from the hotel. The hotel refuses to refund the money, but does regret any inconvenience that their cooperation with the police may have caused. 

Law enforcement and EMS were running through the hotel consistently throughout the weekend, making it hard for some to get sleep. Guests are claiming that the stay was unbearable due to this constant commotion and due to harassment resulting from heightened security. 

The hotel has refused to issue refunds or discounted rates, but they have directed customers to file an official complaint online or with the front desk at the hotel.
