Joe Jackson’s Wrongful Death Suit Cannot Proceed

A judge ruled recently that Joe Jackson’s Michael Jackson wrongful death suit against AEG and Dr. Conrad Murray cannot proceed. Joe filed his suit after Katherine Jackson filed hers, and the judge said that there could not be two suits that allege the same thing. It is not clear why Joe did not just join Katherine’s suit, but it may be because she didn’t want him to join.
