Western New England University School of Law is one of only a few schools that offers an online LL.M. program in Estate Planning and Elder Law. All courses are taught live with a synchronous system so that students can participate the the professor in a class discussion. The video and the audio of all of the classes is recorded, so students can go back and view the class if they miss one. The Law School has designed the program “to teach practical aspects of drafting estate plans, administering the settlement of estates, and representing elderly clients and their families.”
