Attorney Stephen G. Cohen claims that a judge conspired with two lawyers to drain Rosa Parks’ estate. Cohen claims that Judge Freddie Burton Jr., John Chase Jr. ad Melvin Jefferson Junior racked up over $507,000 in predominantly unnecessary legal fees, which left the estate $88,000 in debt. Jefferson says that the court action is a “great fabrication,” and the others have not provided comment. A hearing will be held on May 22 to sort through this matter.
