CLE on Skills Training for Estate Planners
The ABA’s Section of Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law will sponsor a 41.75 hour CLE from July 8 through July 13 entitled Skills Training for Estate Planners.
This CLE describes itself as, “an intensive estate planning program for young or transitioning lawyers new to the practice.” The program here covers a board range of topics, such as tax laws in estate planning, insurance, drafting trusts for all types of situations, durable powers of attorney, guardianships, and many other topics.
