I previously blogged about the dispute occurring between Zsa Zsa Gabor’s daughter and husband over who should hold the conservatorship over Gabor. Now the two parties are trying to resolve the dispute out of court. Constance Francesca Hilton wants a conservatorship to be created to oversee the care and finances of Gabor — she is just concerned about her mother’s health and about having regular contact with her. Frederic von Anhalt opposes the petition, claiming he is providing the best possible care for Gabor. A doctor who evaluated Gabor has notated that being in a familiar environment should be good for her care.
