Jackson’s Estate Sued
Kimberly Griggs filed a handwritten lawsuit against the Estate of Michael Jackson. Griggs is suing the late-pop star’s estate for grand total of $1 billion. Griggs claims that Jackson and her had an intimate relationship in the late 1970s. She further claims that the King of Pop exploited personal details about her life to create such songs as “Thriller” and “Bad.” Griggs reported that it made her angry that Jackson used her life in such a manner. Jackson apparently promised to give her a the rights to the songs. So, Griggs was surprised to learn that Jackson excluded her from the will.
