Katherine Jackson Missing?

Reportedly, Paris Jackson, the daughter of the late king of pop, stated that on Sunday, July 22, she had not seen her legal guardian in about a week. As I had previously discussed, Michael Jackson appointed his mother, Katherine Jackson, to be the legal guardian of his children. Michael Jackson’s nephew, Trent Jackson, filed a missing person’s report with the sheriff’s office. Shortly afterwards, Katherine’s son posted on Twitter that she was alright and resting pursuant to her doctor’s orders.

While this incident appears to be normal, it is part of the larger dispute that is still on-going in the Jackson family. Paris responded to the tweet, and suggested that something further was going on because the doctor who treated Katherine is the same doctor that testified on behalf of Dr. Conrad Murray. Dr. Murray was recently “convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Michael Jackson’s death.” Katherine Jackson’s attorney later alleged that the doctor, Dr. Allan Metzger, who treated Katherine did so under false pretenses. He told her to take her scheduled plane to New Mexico to go one of the Jackson’s concerts. This is when Katherine disappeared. Paris tried to call her grandmother but was unable to reach her. Many are still concerned for Katherine’s safety.
