Judge Kennedy, Davidson County, and Conservatorship Abuse

Court FightThe Davidson County Circuit Court, under the supervision ofJudge Randy Kennedy, has placed the house of Nashville Singer Danny Tate up forpublic auction. The auction is set to take place on September 18, 2012.  The auction is actually part of the conservatorshipthat the judge pretended to terminate over two years ago. Since that date, Tatehas continued to fight his conservatorship and the sale of his assets.

These actions by JudgeKennedy is only one incident in which Judge Kennedy has been involved thedraining of a person’s assets in a bad conservatorship. As I have previouslydiscussed, theabuse that resulted from Ms. Jewel Tinnon’s conservatorship was a product ofthe Davidson County Court in Tennessee. Judge Kennedy was the judge in thatcase as well.
