CLE on Marriage Equality Issues

On November 12, 2012, the New York City Bar is hosting a CLE entitled T & E Issues in Marriage Equality. A summary of the course is below: 

Although same sex marriage is now legal in New York, it is still not recognized on the Federal level. This program will focus on the interplay between various Federal and state property and tax laws and how they apply to same-sex couples in New York. This program is a must to attend if you represent same-sex couples or are in a same sex relationship. Learn what you need to do to protect your clients or your own interests.
