Controversy Surrounding Michael Clarke Duncan’s Estate

Michael Clarke Duncan’s family is concerned about his fiancee, Omarosa Manigault, unduly influencing him into re-writing his will months before he died to leave everything to her. When Clarke Duncan made the changes in April 2012, his sister believes that he was not of sound mind because in December 2011, the actor was slurring words and stumbling around. 

Omarosa claims that she doesn’t control the estate or finances. She also claims that Judy is just trying to get money from her and threatened to go to the press if she did not give it to her.
