Angry-old-woman

TheNew South Wales Supreme Court ordered the widow of a New Zealand millionaire to pay a “legacy” of over $225,000 to herhusband’s mistress, as well as over $250,000 in legal fees.

Although married for nearly fifty years, Anthony FrancisBohm and his wife Winifred separated in 1993. Bohm then lived with girlfriend Dee Morgan from 1996 until theyseparated in 1999.  As sole beneficiary, the 73-year-old Winifred Bohm received an impressive estate while the65-year-old Morgan now lives a frugal lifestyle.  Mrs. Bohm must now fork over a portion of theestate because her husband’s conduct after 1999 up until his death in 2010 ledMorgan to believe a continuous relationship existed.
