Rachel Hirschfeld is outraged and alleges her brother ElieHirschfeld, kept her terminally ill father alive for a $300 million dollar dealin which Elie gained control of his fathers real estate assets. Several doctorswarned that keeping Abe Hirschfeld alive would only cause him pain andrecommended against prolonging the inevitable. Additionally, Rachel is claimingthat her brother instructed the doctors to not administer pain relief for hisfather. Elie was his father’s proxy and was allowed to make his medicaldecisions. Rachel is bringing suit to try and gain control of her father’sestate. The judge is projected to make a ruling in a few weeks.
