Pure Litigation Matters: In this60-minute webinar session, RPTE members TerryFranklin of Sacks Glazier Franklin & Lodise LLP and WilliamHouser of Jordan, Houser & Flournoy LLP will provide an overviewof contested proceedings including the basic concepts common among proceedingsand special considerations.
Estate Litigation: Part II ? Techniques to Audit-ProofPlanning: In this 60-minute webinar session, RPTE members StephanieLoomis-Price of Winstead PC and Amber Quintalof Ogden Murphy Wallace PLLC will continue the discussion of contestedproceedings including the basic concepts common among proceedings and specialconsiderations.
