Norwegian Mass Killer Renounces Inheritance
Anders Behring Breivik hasrenounced his share of inheritance from his mother’s estate to prevent thestate from compensating his victims’ families.
In 2011, Breivik killedeight people after setting off a massive bomb outside Oslo’s main governmentbuilding. Immediately afterwards,Breivik killed 69 more people at a Labour party youth camp in a gun rampage.
Breivik’s mother died inMarch and the value of her estate is unknown. Brevik’s inheritance is expected to go to his half-sister.
