Huguette Clark’s Properties Up for Sale

As I have previously discussed, the reclusive heiressHuguette Clark recently died at the age of 104. Now, her 15,000 square-foot property covering two floors at 907 FifthAvenue in New York City “could be the listing of the young century, the mostsought-after apartment in the entire city.” 

Additionally, Clark maintained two other untouchedproperties likely to be sold with her estate. Bellosguardo is a massive mansion in Santa Barbara, California, whichClark reportedly never visited.  Le BeauChateau is a 52-acre estate in New Canaan, Connecticut currently listed at amere $24,000,000.
