Woman Claims she has rights to Mount Rubidoux

Jeanne Amy Brown, the stepdaughter ofMission Inn founder Frank Miller’s grandson is alleging she has a legal claimto Mount Rubidoux. She admits that her rights will not be enactedunless someone develops or modifies the property.

The claim will be heard in Orange Countyprobate court. Brown is not trying to interfere with the use of theproperty. She tried to clarify the reason for her claim when she stated, “Theintention is not to harm Riverside, I’m not making any claim (on the property).I’m just cleaning up a title.”
