Before his death this past August, actor Robin Williams made sure his children were cared for by setting up a trust for their benefit. His estate planning has hit a snag, with his widow filing suit in San Francisco Superior Court to have personal items from her home, which she and Williams shared, excluded from trust property. The children view the move as going against their father’s wishes, but her attorney framed the suit as her simply wanting court guidance on the trust terms.
