Nate Dogg’s Estate Embroiled in Bitter Dispute

Nate DoggAccording to hip-hop legend Nate Dogg’s son, the artist’s widow, Latoya Calvin, is not entitled to any part of his estate.  Court documents allege that Latoya caused the car accident leading to Nate Dogg’s strokes and eventual death.  Moreover, it is asserted that Latoya married Nate Dogg while he was mentally incapacitated. 

Nate Dogg’s estate says that he and Latoya separated and filed for divorce just 19 days after they married.  However, the divorce was not final when Nate died.  This has been the source of the ongoing and bitter dispute between Latoya and Nate’s family.
