An African grey parrot may be considered a witness in the May 2015 murder of Martin Durham. The parrot, Bud, may have heard his final words, which could lead them to clues about the shooter. Police suspect Durham’s wife of plotting a murder-suicide, but she ultimately survived the plot. She denies killing him; however, there are suicide notes along with other evidence that support the theory.
