Law Students Are Increasingly Finding Work in Elder Law
With such a competitive legal world, law students are looking to get involved in elder law, one of the fastest growing fields of law. As the baby boomer crowd continues to age, the elderly are seeking ways to preserve their wealth and secure a financial legacy for several generations. Many law school graduates interested in elder law are finding work in trust and estate law, allowing them a high level of interpersonal interaction. This comes as no surprise, as the number of law schools offering elder law courses has tripled over the last twenty years.
