David Bowie Wins Five Posthumous Grammy Awards

The late David Bowie led the winners’ category at last night’s 59^th Annual Grammy Awards, snatching five posthumous awards for his last album, Blackstar. During his lifetime, Bowie had never triumphed at the ceremony, but this year he won in every category he was nominated for—Best Rock Song, Best Rock Performance, Best Alternative Music Album, Best Recording Package, and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical.
