Dennis Belcher unfortunately passed away after a medical procedure on April 27, 2017. Belcher was a lawyer at McGuireWoods for forty-one years, becoming a partner in 1983. Notably, Belcher was a former president of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and former chairman of the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. He was nationally recognized as an authority on trusts and estate and wealth management.
