Notorious B.I.G., Estate Warns Kendall & Kylie Lawsuit’s Coming, Unless

The estate of Notorious B.I.G. has wasted no time in threatening Kendall and Kylie Jenner with a suit if they refuse to stop selling shirts with the rapper’s image. Julian K. Petty, the estate’s lawyer, sent the sisters a cease-and-desist letter. The pair was ordered to stop selling the shirts by 5 p.m. on Friday or face a lawsuit. The estate is vehement in their assertion that they never gave the Jenners’ permission to use B.I.G.’s image and called the move, “disrespectful and exploitation at its worst.” The letter apparently worked as the shirt is no longer for sale on the Jenner’s website.
