Second Family Member Arrested in Killing of Man Over Colorado Ranch Worth Millions

Jacob Million disappeared in 2015 at the age 29. His sister, Stephanie Jackson, was recently charged with his murder. Colorado authorities also arrested Million’s mother, Deborah Rudibaugh, last Friday, charging her with the same crime. Gunnison County Undersheriff Mark Mykol reported that Rudibaugh was a suspect but refused to elaborate further. Rudibaugh reported her son missing in August of 2015. Million’s friends say that he had not been heard from months before the family reported his disappearance.
